Do I need to restart the transport service, or something else?

Good afternoon!
By default, the term for a letter to be moderated is 2 days. The SB does not have time to review all the letters for moderation during this period. With command:

set-retentionpolicytag moderatedrecipients -agelimitforretention 05.00:00:00

the term of being on moderation was increased by 5 days. But for some reason this doesn't work. So the question arose: Do I need to restart any service after the change?
