Do I need to learn Reactive Spring, Cloud?

Actually the question is in the title.
I'm learning Spring, looking for a job. How useful is it to learn the Spring WebFlux stack, Mongodb, etc.? I didn’t see any vacancies for them (maybe a few), mainly Spring Web / JPA, ORM, SQL.
For interest, I would certainly study, but if it turns out that this is not needed in the main, then it is better to delve into the main stack.
There is also Spring Cloud, I see it much more often in vacancies, but I don’t understand at all how to study and practice it from home.
What do you say?

I will say that you can take a textbook, read it from cover to cover and get all the necessary starter set of knowledge. Then go to work and deepen the stack used in professional activities.

I got to Spring WebFlux and Cloud when I was accepted at the "I heard something and want to get experience" level. It all depends on the employer, the project and other things. As a bonus - it will not be superfluous. But I think that this should not be an obstacle in the main. Only if this is a specific requirement for a candidate for a specific position. There is a book by Oleg Dokuki, read it, try it and it will be enough.
And I smoked the monga as needed. Just start going to interviews and it will be clear there :)
