How to use English quotes in the title of a post on Habré?

I want to write a new article on the subject of Java programming. I want to put the code in the title of the article, and it seems to me that this is a good title for the article. The name is -

Q.out("str") instead of System.out.println("str") and other little conveniences

However, Habra deliberately replaces English quotes with Russian ones, and this hurts the eye, since it is syntactically incorrect.
And I want to leave the name like that. Tell me how to proceed? Or leave Russian quotes (there must be a reason for that), or can you somehow insert English quotes in Habré, or at worst just write Q.out instead of System.out.println?

Have you tried using apostrophes? You can also replace " with ' and '

From an SEO point of view, by the way, a nightmare headline. I would advise you to come up with another one.
