Do I need to know math well to learn vr development?

I really want to switch from web development to vr development. But I'm not good with math. Do you really need mathematics to study vr debvelopment?

It depends on what you mean by "know well". VR development as such is nothing new unless you're going to dig into rendering, but to create 3D interactivity you need to be good at working with vectors and rotations. Otherwise, some kind of special mathematics above the school level is very rare, more often simple trigonometry and coordinate manipulation.
