Do I need to issue an agreement on the processing of personal data when ordering on my website?

I created a website about the product, but now I am not a legal entity yet. I'm going to give a test period for free, mainly to organizations before registering myself as a legal entity. faces. When ordering a test period, I need the customer's full name, company name, phone number and email address. Do I need to issue an agreement on the processing of this personal data at the moment? If so, where can I get a sample of such an agreement?

Do it differently.
Do not need the full name of the customer, but:
1. Name of the organization
2. contact soap of the organization
3. contact phone number of the organization
4. contact person of the organization
... and the whole business. You do not collect personal data.
In addition, PD can be personifying or not. Roughly - the blood type is personal data, but there is no way to find a person using it. So the first name is not. It is assumed that it is impossible to find a person by name alone.
