. How can I protect videos from downloading as much as possible?
(Of course, it is not possible to fully protect videos, but you need it as much as possible)
There are several options
For example:
Video clips in the /uploads/video/...
folder and the player is played on the site.com/cabinet/lesson page
and in the /uploads/video/ folder ... is it possible to write .htaccess with rules available only from url site.com/cabinet/lesson ? Direct link to video not working on account?

You fight windmills. Whatever you come up with, you can record from the screen. Don't do nonsense. YouTube could not, but you suddenly come up with?
All you can do is make life a little, and then, very little.
As an option, use specialized services such as boomstream or YouTube or analogues. But this is not a panacea, but the protection is much greater than you yourself will do.
