Do I need to disable indexing of primary addresses?

On my site I use a special module (URL aliases for Drupal), which automatically limits links like: mysite.com/node/1 to
mysite.com/nazvanie-stati and there half of the links like mysite.com/node/1, the other half (not duplicated) mysite.com/nazvanie-stati. What to do in such a situation, to prohibit indexing of pages like mysite.com/node/1 in robots.txt or not?
2. Links between words in aliases should be through a dash (mysite.com/nazvanie - stati) or underscore (mysite.com/nazvanie _ stati)?
