Do I need to disable ems enabled?

I recorded the image of win7 on a USB flash drive and such an inscription appeared. What does ems enabled do and is it needed if I just want to install Windows.

ps I googled, but even there is not a lot of material on this topic and mostly copy-paste from one site and another. On one site, it is advised to disable this function if you do not know what it is.

To install Windows EMS is not necessary, but it is not interfere with the process.
