Do I need to create two MX records with the same servers but different hosts?

Hello! Engaged in manual configuration of MX records. At the moment, I wrote the following in the zone file:

@ IN MX 10 emx.mail.ru.
www IN MX 10 emx.mail.ru.

Is it possible to leave only one entry with host @ ?

If you only need mail of the @your.domain type, then one @ entry is enough.
Your second entry makes it possible to use addresses like @www.your.domain
