Do I need to combine all the styles in one file from a multipage site in order to pull it on WP?

There are many pages of one site, and, accordingly, styles for them and all of them are in separate files. Do I need to combine all styles into one .css file in order to pull multipage on WP?

Definitely not, if there are a lot of styles and pages too. Use if (is_page(ID)) {} to include a specific style on a specific page so you don't load all styles on all pages.
