Do I need to buy User CAL for additional WIndows Server on the network?

Hello, before that we bought Windows Server for one server. Now we want to add an additional server for Active Directory fault tolerance, everything is clear with core licenses, what about user licenses? Do I need to add them extra?

no. the number of user cals is independent of the number of windows server, except when the number of windows server is zero, in which case cals are not needed.
