Do I need to add a keyword to google ads and how is it different from keywords?
Do I need to add a keyword to google ads and how is it different from keywords?
I collected keywords in Yandex Wordstat, for example
"+vip + taxi"
And added them to the keywords of the ad group in google ads.
Why a keyword? Should it be added, and why?

These terms have the same meaning: keywords, keys, key queries, key phrases. There are also "search queries" - this is what the user was looking for in the search engine when he saw your ad targeted for a given key query.
But note that there is some difference between queries in Yandex and Google. So in Yandex, the "+" operator marks conjunctions and prepositions that are important for preserving the meaning, and in Google all the words whose presence in the user's search query is mandatory.
