Depends. By and large, SWAP is a way to "expand" memory if there is not enough physical RAM. And on an SSD, it's pretty fast compared to regular HDDs. Work without it first, see memory consumption. If there are no problems - hammer on it. If often physical memory usage rises above 90% - do a swap. I have 1GB of swap on all $10 servers just in case, but over the past year it has only been used on one server and only once or twice during heavy peak loads. That is, I use it as insurance "for every fireman." If you have a swap on your server and it starts to fill up regularly and densely, it is better to switch to the next tariff plan, where there is more physical memory.
