Hello!
I have a domain with an SSL certificate. I want to make a subdomain right now, which should also work using https. Do I need to buy a separate certificate?

If you have a wildcart certificate (*.domain.com), you don't need it. Otherwise, you need to have a separate certificate for a subdomain or a multidomain certificate (domain.com, sub.domain.com).

The idea is needed. Discrediting any device with a given certificate... will kill your entire network. And burglar resistance varies from device to device.
