Do I need a PTR record to send mail if I use SPF/DKIM?

Hello!
Do I need a PTR record to send mail if I use SPF/DKIM? I have several servers, each has its own external. I plan to throw the mail service into the docker, and when one of the servers crashes, it will move to another, respectively, the ip address will change ... Only sending mail is planned ...

A lot of mailers may not accept your mail, or put it in spam, if your sending host does not pass the hostname and ptr match check - for example, ip 1.1.1.1 ptr mail1.example.com, and mail1.example.com should resolve to 1.1. 1.1
If you have a pool of external / white ip addresses, then you can put your ptr and hostname for each, and add them to the SPF.
