Do I need a proxy for parsing instagram and promoting it?

I wrote parsing for my instagram, it was needed for its further promotion, but now there was a notification that I was allegedly hacked, "maybe you gave your password and login to those who cheat subscribers and likes" apparently, instagram "burned" my automated activity. Tell me how can I fix this? I heard a proxy is needed for parsing. I must say right away that I did not like or subscribe, but simply collected the names of subscribers

well, you understand that insta fires at your ID (sessions are there and all that), so a proxy is useless for this
