Do I need a passport for GoDaddy?

I bought a domain on GoDaddy and entered the truthful information about myself. Phone, City, Address, etc. On the same reg.ru they require a passport, but here I don’t see something like that. So it's not necessary?

Also a follow up question. Do I need to enter contact information about myself in Cyrillic or transliteration? I entered it simply in Cyrillic and now I see contact information something like this.
