Do I need a college degree to relocate?
Hello! In the future I want to try to find a job somewhere abroad, at the moment I have a secondary specialized education, I plan to enter a university, but since I have been working as a JS developer for a little over a year, the argument "to get a diploma to get a job "disappeared and thought to go to some interesting non-IT specialty.
In this regard, the question arose - is VO mandatory for relocation? If so, does this education have to be in the field of IT, or is the very fact of having a diploma important?
I also heard about compensation for education by work experience. Could you please tell us a little more about it, how it works? 1 year of study = 1 year of work experience?

Depends on country and experience. Unique specialists or with great experience will be dragged as you like. As for the rest, then either get a tower or look for a country without restrictions. You need to understand that few people without rich experience manage to relocate
The Czech Republic and the Netherlands do not require a diploma for a work visa
If you are going to another country under a program where higher education gives passing points, then it can come in handy if everything else is weak for you, on the other hand, there are many places where there is a point in or a confirmed work experience of at least five years in the specialty
