Are there any tax limits? If you withdraw a little per month, ~$500, will they immediately pay attention to it?

The tax office does not have access to the accounts of individuals. The Bank may disclose these data only within the framework of legal proceedings. Therefore, for small amounts, we can say that a friend / brother / matchmaker gave / repaid a debt / borrowed without interest, and this may well satisfy the bank. Checked on Tinkov-bank.
