Do I have to pay money for the end of using BizSpark?

Hi all. I have been using BizSpark services (namely Azure) for half a year now. And then I came across rumors that at the end of using BizSpark, you have to pay $100 extra if the project is not successful. Is it so? Should I unsubscribe from BizSpark?
