Hello!

I would have created a Payoneer account by now if I hadn't found out about the 2003 law requiring you to notify the Federal Tax Service about opening accounts abroad.

I know that I am obliged to submit a report on a turnover of more than 600,000 rubles. I know that the funds from the Payoneer account will be withdrawn automatically. But does automatic withdrawal help to circumvent laws on foreign payment systems?

What exactly is Payoneer legally?

Are there any serious risks at all when working with Payoneer, even if I am self-employed and pay taxes?

If so (hopefully not), how do you do it?

I have a sole proprietorship and work with Payoneer. I withdraw money easily. For the very first time, I sent a working contract to the currency control. And every month I send a clumsy-manual pdf invoice + payoneer screenshots of the arrival / departure of money. All chiki-chiki.

Money comes in bucks, I immediately change it to rubles in my ip-bank and display it on the card of an individual. Everything is super white.

And if I have the citizenship of the Russian Federation, but I live in another country, will there be any troubles with this? I also needed to open an account with Pioneer. The bank indicated the local one (Kyrgyzstan, if anyone is interested).
