Do all warnings need to be fixed?

Sometimes in large projects there are 50 or more warnings, it hurts my eyes personally), because in my projects I try not to allow warnings at all.
Well, if there is a warning about the version of the framework being used (it is old or will soon cease to exist altogether) - in this case, the fix can create even more problems. What about everyone else? Maybe it's just zaparno and "You sit and waste your time on this, no one will pay you for this ©"?
