Do all lasers emit infrared radiation?

It is required to shine any laser into any receiver to record the angles between the receivers.
I read somewhere that there is IR radiation in lasers, alas, I can’t find it again.
Please answer the questions:
How is it possible to fix the glow of a Chinese laser pointer?
And if you dedicate it, will the TSOP31236 IR receiver catch this laser?

Checked in practice. A Chinese laser pointer for 50 rubles is perfectly fixed, only for the laser you need to set the frequency.

I explain on my fingers
1) take a green laser pointer
2) disassemble
3) throw out unnecessary details - an IR filter (and the Chinese often don’t bother with installing it)
4) assemble
5) you get a laser that emits 1064nm 532nm and strongly emits 808 nm radiation in all directions like a flashlight
