Do all bitbucket think long?

It started somewhere 4-6 months ago, if not longer. Bitbucket often thinks for a very long time, enters the site after 4-5 attempts, sends / picks up commits as well. Maybe what token needs to be changed or settings changed? Maybe they put some kind of restriction and SourceTree makes a lot of requests? The problem is observed under Macs and from different providers. I haven't been able to test it under Windows yet.

The problem is that their domain is on several IP addresses and through some the site is not available, the problem was solved by writing in the hosts:
104.192.143.1 bitbucket.org
