Something strange is going on in the morning: the site does not respond to the domain. Host-tracker.com gives the following picture: host-tracker.com/check_res_ajx/9568615-0/ Name

registrar support (aka name server provider) says everything is ok. According to the IP address, everything is ok: pings are coming (176.9.26.245) and the application is responding.

Where to dig / what to do?

The name provider seems to be lying. Add additional secondary-dns or replace the provider's dns altogether.

Problems are not with DNS, you have a problem with your NS servers.
Poke the admins with your nose in the shit , let them fix it. In the meantime, smoothly move to another NS-provider.
