режим работы php изменён для всех (почти всех) клиентов на cgi, либо fastcgi, если Ваш сайт не работает, смените режим на любой другой, в будущем apache будет остановлен, так как работает не удовлетворительно (подвисает при ротации логов).

в идеале используйте nginx-fastcgi (используется по умолчанию).
