You need to include a php file in the djanga template. The django-php solution doesn't fit. Because the included file adds cookies.
Question: how can I execute the file and add the result of its work to the template?

You need to write a template compiler in PHP.
Take a look at Twig: your project will differ slightly from it (by a couple of percent).
