DIY Oculus Rift. How to output images from PC to Android via USB tethering?

While waiting for the release of the custom version of Oculus rifts, I wanted to treat myself and test it by assembling a similar device from android.
At the moment I have:
1. helmets Durovis dive, ColorCross, Davyci - android VR helmet
2. android nexus 5 - as a monitor
3. forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/ne...

for the head movement sensor, you can use the phone's built-in gyroscope through shareVR (FreePIE + Android FreePIE IMU) or Trinus Gyre, but I preferred the easier option: bought Head tracker from Carl Zeiss Cinemizer OLED, head movement sensor.
4. The question only arose in screen streaming from a computer to a phone, you can use the Splashtop program via wi-fi, but the FPS drops terribly (often frames) and the brakes and freezes are terrible. Through micro-usb HDMI also does not work, since both outputs from a laptop and an hdmi phone are set as out (they broadcast a picture, but do not receive it themselves), I heard that it is possible via USB 3.0, I tested a bunch of programs for remote streaming via wi-fi: Air Display , Air Screen, iDisplay, Twomon USB, Kainy, Splashtop Streamer, USB Mobile Monitor, GeForce Experience + LimeLight 2.5.3 tap the phone during transfer, I can’t set it up in any way so that the data transfer is via a USB modem (USB tethering), to transfer a picture via a USB cable to a phone from a PC with less frame loss. Guys tell me what to use and how to set up image output from a computer to a phone via a USB cable.
I also encountered a big problem in that streaming to the phone does not go on in full-screen game mode on a PC, only if you start the game in a window, but then the 3d driver on the TriDef 3D PC does not work. It is advised to use other 3D programs iZ3D, NVIDIA Stereo Driver, Vireio Perception(DX9) or vorpX. I also found a solution to this problem:
WindowedBorderlessGaming_1.1.1.4 (allows you to run almost any game in a frameless window with any resolution, i.e. the correct aspect ratio)
TriDef-3D-Ignore-Requires-Fullscreen (launches any game in SBS mode, even in a window)
You can somehow figure it out with 3D output, but I just can’t transfer a picture from a PC to an android via a USB cable, I can’t set up programs in any way, although they have such a function, while the phone has a 3D modem enabled and debugging via USB, like correctly configure USB tethering? maybe you need drivers on your PC to install developer.android.com/sdk/win-usb.html

A year has passed, but maybe it will come in handy for someone) I
use Moonlight ( moonlight-stream.com/) in combination with GeForce Experience on an nvidia card
In order to stream the desktop:
In Moonlight on Android, simply connect the PC using its ip, which will be specified in the network settings after connection tethering
Ip you can see here:
I hope everything is clear.
UPD: Now I have a real Oculus Rift, I'm also familiar with the rest of the helmets, and I'll tell you that they are 200% worth their money and those feelings from games!
Do not spoil your impression with crafts, take a normal helmet, oculus or viive right away.
At the moment, the cheapest option is WMR helmets from lenovo, but there will be problems with determining the positions of the controllers, and also not all games have full support.
