Divide the network into subnets

Good afternoon.
There is a local network. Well, for example, 10.0.0.0/24.
Quite often it is necessary to test the equipment manufactured by the company, check for traffic in lan modules, thereby interfering with the local network.
We often drive 50Mb-80Mb over the grid, checking devices.
In this case, the devices themselves and laptops / servers are used, that is, a simple division into subnets or vlan will not help, as I understand it. From laptops, we need both the internal resources of the company, and the Internet and access to our devices.

What are other options for solving the problem?

If most of the load testing occurs without the participation of the working network and servers, but access to them is necessary, then it is worth separating the testing network and the working network into different subnets, and put a gateway between the subnets and configure DNS for the new subnet.
Thus, testing traffic will load only this local network, and working resources will be available, but limited by the gateway bandwidth.

And what exactly is "interfering with the local network"?
I just have little idea of ​​what a normal LAN can interfere with 100Mbps of point-to-point traffic.
If your network is actually sinking, then I recommend reconsidering its topology and equipment composition.
For example, a star with gigabit in the center, gigabit uplinks and 100Mbit client connections - a couple of clients cannot physically lose.
If the endpoints are on gigabit and they need gigabit transit, then it makes sense to make uplinks to the core on aggregated gigabit channels.

You are broadcasting video from VLC. In order not to interfere with other users in the existing network, it is enough to replace all switches with "smart" L2 with the IGMP snooping function (as you have already been told). But I wouldn't call it the easy and cheap way. It is quite possible that for your needs it will be easier to lay exactly a parallel network, to which only the equipment under test and the right people are connected.
