Distribution of traffic between 3g modem and wired internet

Good afternoon!
There was a problem, we finally had unlimited internet in our student hostel, but, unfortunately, it blocks access to some sites (for example, youtube) and this does not suit me at all. Hence the essence of the problem, at home there is a zyxel keenetic 4g router and a 3g modem from a megaphone, is it possible to somehow make certain sites open using a modem, and the rest via a home Internet? Constantly connecting / disconnecting the modem is somehow not very convenient.
I will be grateful for any help.

@savant

options to choose from:
1 - configure routing. man route
2 - roll out a transparent proxy that will resolve these things.

If I were you, I would upload OpenWRT to the router and already on it, via web-gui or ssh, set up static routing . The firmware is good, I installed it for such “tricks” .

I don't know if it will help or not. In IE in the service-browser properties-connections-network settings-use proxy for local connections-proxy address (gateway). In the list of sites, add those addresses that you need to go to not through a proxy.

In the office, I did it “dumbly”, but without any problems: I bought a separate router with a balancing function (TL-R480T +) and separately the same Keenetik 3g. I updated the firmware on TL-R480T + (original with glitches), plugged in wired internet and Keenetik, set it up and haven't touched it since.
True, the balancing itself disappointed me - if one of the wires is disabled, already open connections hang up, and are not transferred to the second channel, as I had hoped: after all, this is not an autonomous subnet with dynamic routing.

If I were you, I would set up an OVPN link with one of my friends with a more or less thick channel (it rises elementarily on routers with WRT). The last option is VDS in Amazon or somewhere closer, and drive traffic through it.
