Distributed local network. Internet + ICS + Grandstream (4104, 4004) possible implementation?

Good day to all. It is necessary to do this: there are 2 separate houses (the distance between them is about 3 ... 4 km), there is an Internet provider that supplies Internet by air; it is possible to combine these networks (this is already up to the provider) and now the question is: how can I make a regular local area so that all machines on both networks see each other (1c, consultant +, file dump, jabber are running) and what can and should be specified in voip gateway gxw 4104 + gxw 4004 so that the PBX works in the same "transparent" way (analogue = lg aria soho) all this will spin through IKS 4.8.2

why the commotion? if network aggregation is from the provider, you will have one network, with 1 address range, 1 router
