No way, the application itself decides through which sound device it works, usually if there is no special setting (which I have not met), the default device is used, that is, the only way to make the program work with another sound card is to make it think that there is only the second one in the system and no first, which is possible, but only with low-level interception of system API calls. You can try to start an application on any freelancer site, maybe there is a masochist to code such a thing.
