Distance education at York University (USA)?

This university is registered in the USA, but also provides distance education in Russia. In our country, the official distributor of services is the Center for International Programs . There are bachelor's, master's and PhD programs.
The following points are of interest:
1. What is the quality of education provided by this university?
2. Does the status of the diploma of this university in Russia really correspond to the Russian one?

If their diploma is enough to get the opportunity to move to work in developed countries, then this, in my opinion, is already enough.

I’ll deviate a little from the topic ... in Malaysia there are branches of many English universities (Cambridge, Oxford, Nottingham, etc.) and nothing is written about Malaysia in the diploma ... but they write that he graduated from Oxford

It looks like an ordinary diploma mill, of which there are hundreds. They play on behalf of a famous Canadian university .
In the West, it’s better not to show such a “diploma” to anyone :)

I won’t say anything about this particular university, but it smacks of persecution. From experience, I can say this: if a programmer, then he does not need a diploma, including over the hill. BUT!
Some countries offer immigration programs that make it easier to find a job locally. They will need a candidate who is confirmed by everyone on ph.d. (except for the medical office).
Also, being a graduate student, you can also steer in the direction of research - but again, here the diploma itself is not needed (it is by default, and the qualification is confirmed by the recommendations of the scientific instructor).
IMHO, all these exchange programs of universities, "on the basis", representative offices, etc. — pure cutting down the dough.
BUT! Yes! There is no question of knowledge here ... well, you understand ...
