Dispute on freelancer.com. How to win as a freelancer?

Good afternoon.
I took a project for 16 articles. A milestone was created for the entire order amount - $160. Of these, 12 were completed. The customer approved these articles, posted them on the site, there were no comments. The uniqueness of articles from 90%.
Yesterday, the client began to drive, like, the articles are not unique, but just a rewrite. He confirmed that the unique rate is high, but "rewriters know how to get around it." In addition, psychological pressure began, threats that he would post a link to my profile on a third-party site and write that I was a scammer. Filed a dispute for the payment of these 12 articles. The four remaining do no desire.
Questions:
1. Can I not complete the project by requesting payment only for the amount for the articles made? What will it be for me?
2. How to win a dispute if the uniq of articles is high? Articles in Russian, how will arbitration deal with this case? Or will they side with the client? If the court decides in favor of the client, can he leave me negative feedback? What evidence needs to be provided?

well, according to paragraph 1, a deadlock is obvious, and only support
according to paragraph 2 is to state the arguments with links and numbers, if the customer states his own (bugwords, etc.) and they believe him - alas, although it is strange that this is happening not on Advego and not on Text

If I were you, I would complete the remaining 4, because 12 articles are an unfulfilled task that the customer has the right not to pay.
and the articles are posted on the website of the customer? if placed - then this is the main argument.

In fact, you are the same client for them as he is, so whose arguments are more weighty, they will take the side of that one. If everything is done according to TK, you are unlikely to lose. And also, is it so important to you that he will post something about you on some site?
Yes, and as marketers say, if you correctly respond to a negative review, it will be better than any positive one.

Thank you all for the answers, nothing helped, the dispute was resolved in favor of the client, despite the fact that the project brief did not contain the Copywriting tag (only Research writing), attached screenshots of the texts posted on the site, confirmed the unique. As it turned out, the absence of plagiarism is 100% unique, I had 96-98%, for which I paid. Although on advego copyright is considered from 95%. Like this
