In addition, psychological pressure began, threats that he would post a link to my profile on a third-party site and write that I was a scammer. Filed a dispute for the payment of these 12 articles. The four remaining do no desire.
Questions:
1. Can I not complete the project by requesting payment only for the amount for the articles made? What will it be for me?
