Displaying viewed posts in JS?

There is a site on Wordpress, and on it the WP Super Cache plugin - makes static copies of pages to speed up the site. Because of it, plugins for displaying posts viewed by the user are useless (those that I managed to try).
Is there a JS implementation for displaying viewed posts (required with a header image and title)?
To make everything work with static pages.

If you just come up with some kind of page identifier, save it in localStorage when viewing and throw a request for the back, which will generate a preview by identifier and give back.
This is not a front task
