Displaying different times for visitors from different timezones?

In the class schedule, the start time is displayed from the database.
The teacher enters the time in Moscow time in the database
. How can I change this time for visitors from other countries with a different time zone?

Googled, did not find anything sensible or did not figure out how it works.

On the server, write in utc; on the client, convert it all to local time. Moment will do or write a wrapper yourself, this is generally standard practice
