Displaying a category on a separate page of the Wordpress admin panel?

I ran into a problem, you need to display one category on a separate page in the admin panel and add the corresponding item to the menu. I know how to create a new page. But how to make it the same as the page of all posts, but only for one category?
PS. Another question is how to add an item to the menu that jumps directly to editing a specific entry?

@Max_Borisov

Once - https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/admin-menu-editor/
Two - go to all posts, apply the filter by category. We look at the resulting URL and using the plugin create a menu with this link.
PS We open the page not in the admin panel, but directly on the site, if you have the top admin menu enabled (if you are logged in), then there is an "Edit" link. We copy its URL and act similarly to point "Two".
