disconnected cable in laptop

I disassembled my Samsung 700Z5 laptop (NP700Z5A-S01UA) to blow through and found an interesting thing - one of the wires was disconnected in it.

It is disabled next to the heatsink Samsung HEAT SINK-PCH, BA62-00503A

What do you think it could be, why is it disabled and should it be enabled?

@nochkin

It's because someone got it wrong. I would connect. For the sake of interest, I would check where he goes.

I am a supporter of "work, do not touch." Those. if before that it worked, did not overheat and everything was fine, then so be it.
