Disabling the ability to run ads on facebook?

They created an account for a certain business and tried to run an ad, after which facebook immediately restricted access to advertising and offered to go through verification by sending identification documents. Documents sent, wait. As a result, access to advertising was limited forever.

I suspect that we were blocked because we created an account for our company, not a real person, and launched ads from it, and not from a business page linked to a real person's account. But I don't have an exact answer whether it is or not. Previously, in order to run an ad, it was not necessary to have an account of a real person. If there are connoisseurs, I would like to know if I'm right or not?

Read updates and current rules.
Now Facebook is strict with advertising campaigns.
First , you will have to verify your identity by uploading a photo of your documents directly to your Facebook profile.
Secondly , after creating a BM and an advertising account, in any case, you will have to confirm your company after a certain time - in practice, many remain at this stage, since most applications are eventually rejected.
Thirdly,it also matters what goal of the advertising campaign you have chosen and what budget you have indicated at the start. If you just created a Facebook account and decided to immediately launch an advertising campaign from a personal advertising account without BM with the goal of Conversion to the site and a daily budget of more than $20, the ban will come instantly with a 100% probability. Even if you chose just Traffic/Reach/Engagement, but at the same time indicated a high daily budget, the ban will be 100%.
Fourthly , it also matters what you specifically advertised, what kind of creative it was, the text of the ad and the content of the landing page.
You can create a live chat with technical support, but not call (as they wrote in the comments), but I am 100% sure that they will not tell you the exact reason, but they will only write that they violated the rules. If access is restricted forever, do not even try to restore - it is useless, these restrictions are not removed. Most likely, you have repeatedly violated the rules of the community, which is why you have imposed lifetime restrictions.

In general, there is a tendency to block new acts for advertising, start from the old one and there will be no problems, or buy a ready-made AK for advertising
