"Disabled network device"?

Hello. The essence of the problem: on the network, on some machines, there are failures when accessing a network drive, the status is "Disabled network device", but it comes in, then falls off again. When accessing programs or when copying, the error "The specified network name is no longer available" pops up. The network is built on mikrotik, I turned off all the drop rules in the firewall, it did not help. I also noticed such a moment, ping by ip goes fine, but by name it is no longer there, it does not see the node.

The problem was Mikrotik. I updated the firmware, reconfigured the firewall and nat rules, the 2nd day there were no problems.

Turn on network discovery in Windows network interface settings. And DNS for all specify the gateway IP.
