I decided to speed up my laptop and took up the services, well, turned everything off, maybe it will help. Thought I could turn them back on anyway. But it so happened that after a reboot, when I enter the correct password, I cannot log in. And yes, when I tried to reset it to its original state, I also got an error.

Now boot from the LiveCD and edit the registry to turn everything back on.
