Dingux: what device in /dev/ is internal memory or how to make dingux see internal memory? How to work in the terminal?

I already thought that /dev/mmcblk0 is it, and wrote a script:

#!/bin/sh

mkdir /boot/local/umem
echo "/dev/mmcblk0 /boot/local/umem vfat rw,noatime,fmask=0022,dmask=0022,codepage=cp437,iocharset=iso8859-1,utf8 0 0" >> /etc/mtab

but then, when loading, I saw that I was stupid and this is my flash drive, and / dev / mmcblk0p1 is its section.
What to do? Maybe someone already picked the dingu? Or is there no internal memory in the devices at all?
And well, one more thing: How to work in the terminal? In all editors, you can call a virtual keyboard, but in the terminal I did not find how to do this, and there is no mana for it (

OpenDingux

Features:
...
6) NAND read support (readonly access to the 4GB internal memory of the dingoo)
...

But this is not a release version of the kernel. So if you don't want to bother with an unstable branch, you won't get access.

E-my, well, why ask this on Habré? Go to #dingoonity @ freenode.org, all developers are there.
The terminal can only be used via telnet, NAND can be mounted read-only and only with opendingux. By the way, opendingux has a slightly broken oss (there is now alsa) and there will be no sound in some games.
