Dimming LED strip, how to implement?

Hey!
I have a question about LED lighting. We make lighting in the apartment, the customer chose Legrand Celiane series equipment as electrical installation equipment (sockets, switches, dimmers, etc.). At the same time, he needs LED lighting in the ceiling structures, which should change the brightness. Since there are no 0-10V dimmers in Celiane (more precisely, the product is discontinued 067080), the choice fell on 067084 (067082). In power supplies, respectively, TRIAC is needed, as it turned out, also not to be found. In the gap between the power supply and the L/067084 dimmer, a DIM105 dimmer was installed ( ledpremium.ru/upload/iblock/32f/84607.pdf).Now we get the following situation, the L/067084 dimmer needs a minimum load of 40W, and according to the calculation, we get 35W on the LED strip (very high), so the L/067084 dimmer does not work (does not turn on at all). If you install an incandescent lamp in parallel at the output L / 067084 - everything is fine. Actually, the question is how to increase the load on the L/067084 dimmer? We thought about the ballast resistance at the output of the Dimmer DIM105. Is there something ready?

Ledovskie lamps (and tapes) are powered by a switching power supply .... It cannot be dimmed ... You need to dim the voltage after the power supply ... There are ready-made solutions for this problem in electronic shops. In essence, you need an active voltage divider that can lower the output voltage with a variable resistor and still dissipate the required amount of heat. (depending on how much current will flow through it)
