Such things come either from the provider (from its transcoder), or take the Wealan with a multicast stream from the aggregator, install the transcoder (for decryption) and let it into the network as you like. The third option is satellite. It’s just that no one will give you TCP / UDP in public - it’s expensive, not efficient, not safe.
