Wrong conclusion. Updates do not add files, but overwrite.
Updates by themselves do not increase the size of Windows.
But the free space is reduced due to the fact that the installation files of these updates are saved in the downloads folder and the files are backed up. which have been replaced. This is where they need to be removed.
Preferably through a standard tool that already exists - System Cleanup. The free utility WinDirStat
also helps to see what exactly is eating up space . I advise you to try it.

Just clean the theme folder and update folder. it is not necessary to delete the updates themselves. do a disk cleanup
