Different scale for two monitors?

I use a laptop and a monitor connected to it. The resolution on the laptop is 1280*800, on the monitor 1920*1080. On a laptop, it is convenient to use the standard Windows 7 settings, i.e. when the interface size is 100%, everything seems small on the monitor, and for him a comfortable size is 125%. Actually the question is, what needs to be done so that when using both displays at the same time, one has 100%, and the other has 125%? And I would also like to know if it is possible to do it also in the browser (I use Chrome).

In the case of Windows DPI, one per user. And in the standard mode, the desktop is shared, i.e. you can move a window from one screen to another, or in general, part of the window on one monitor, part on the second. So it won't work in the usual way. In the case of Linux, you can simply start two X sessions. On Windows, you need either 2 different users, or some kind of dirty hack with re-login with different settings. In general, there are deep doubts that it is possible to do this in a human way.

similar home setup. maybe this is a perversion, but I set the same resolution on the second monitor as on the laptop. yes, not full hd comes out, but I'm completely satisfied + the mouse does not rest on the edge of the screen

In Windows 8.1, it is possible to set a different scale for different monitors ... in words - it does not work for me, for example
How to change dpi only on the main display of a laptop ...
