Different menu on different pages?

The site has 2 main topics (categories), is it normal if on the internal pages of these very categories there will be different links in the main menu?
That is, I mean, for example, a site on cars and motorcycles, when you go to the cars section, then the links in the main menu are the same, when you go to the motorcycle section, the main menu in the site header changes to another.
Or is it better that the menu links in the footer and in the header on all pages are always the same? Or doesn't matter?

Leave the main menu, but make an additional menu (for example, in the header under the main menu or in the sidebar)
