Different highlighting for php and layout in phpStorm?

is it possible to make a thread in this phpStorm editor so that the highlighting for php and layout is different for one file (view)?
like in the sublime, for example, PHP had a background, but the layout didn’t, or like in phpDesigner, when you click on the layout, php becomes gray muted .... and when you click on php, html becomes gray muted
