Different behavior of css on production and test server. Where to dig?

On the test server, everything works fine, but when transferred to the production server (transfer 1 to 1), the sidebar is not made to full height. I tried to transfer from working to test, everything works, but not vice versa. Where to drip?

Possibly a hard cache.
The local version has been cached, and the latest version is revoked on the server. Or vice versa.
