Troelsen it is, as it were, for beginners and about the language itself + frequently used classes from BCL.
Richter, he is about the internal structure and not quite about the language, but rather about the internal structure of the CLR with examples in c #. A lot of attention is paid to performance, locks, multithreading. I wouldn't recommend this book for the first time, and for the second one, too. But reading and understanding it can be considered a transition to a new level of professionalism. At first I read it - the brain was boiling and I thought: well, ok, later means. Then later again. And then the experience accumulated and I read it. And from time to time I look, re-read the right places. Richter and Skit.
